Health Data
The Communicable Disease and Epidemiology (CD-Epi) team at Chelan-Douglas Health District (CDHD) plays a critical role in assessment, surveillance, and epidemiology by gathering and managing essential health data, analyzing trends to identify community health priorities, and using this insight to inform planning, guide decisions and support public health actions.
Every 3-5 years local health jurisdictions work with the community to complete a Community Health Assessment (CHA). See below to explore our latest assessments and check back for updates!
